Excellent food. The bone marrow was phenomenal, especially when you pour whiskey down the bone to catch the leftover grease. It's not a cheap place, but if you're looking for high-quality inspired dishes, check it out. Atmosphere is beautiful: especially the courtyard and be sure to check out the upstairs.

As a huge horror fan I was dying to come here on my last trip to NOLA. The cocktails were all playfully named and our bartender was funny and charming. I got the Alchemist’s Elixir with elderflower and peaflower infused gin which gave it a really pretty purple blue color. The drink was as advertised, super refreshing and perfect for a very hot day. Was served in one of the coolest looking glasses I’ve ever seen. Upstairs, if you’re a fan of True Blood, you can find Bill Compton coffin to pose and take pictures with! Would def recommend a visit to!

Excellent. Quirky staff, great food. We were early for our reservation and walked right in and were able to get a seat in the courtyard. The blood bag was pretty tasty.

This was such a fun place for a bachelorette party. The atmosphere and staff were super fun. I had the baked Brie as an app, the debris sandwich & a couple of the delicious vamp-inspired cocktails. Happy with it all!

We did the private Chef’s table seance experience and it was amazing. The medium was spot on, the food was out of this world and the service was perfect. I would highly recommend anyone coming into the city or locals to try this experience that only the Apothecary can give. Thank you for the wonderful evening.

We stopped here for lunch. Cool theme, nice atmosphere, friendly waitstaff, and really good food. They have a great selection of sandwiches as well as themed cocktails, and the side salad served with the sandwich is also very tasty. The “blood bag” (you can pick spiked pomegranate lemonade or sangria) is a must-try!

We had a wonderful experience on our bachelorette trip trying out the Apothecary. Our waiter, Elario, was hands down the best server we had over multiple days in New Orleans. He was very prompt, had great recommendations and was friendly in answering our questions. It was the first time we got our food and drinks quickly. He even let our friend try a small sample of Absinthe for the first time as she hadn’t tried it before. The atmosphere was amazing and the courtyard was a perfect place for the appetizers and drinks we got. The upstairs had some cool decorations and overall the theme was superb. Would 100% recommend and come back.

We love the Apothecary! We brought a group to New Orleans and the Apothecary was one of our lunch stops during the visit. The overall visit was fabulous and we highly recommend a visit - especially if you have an affinity for vampires. The decor is very appropriate for what one would expect for a vampire-like establishment. The service was excellent - our server was fun, attentive, and always around when needed. As for the food, 10 thumbs up! We had the large charcuterie board presented in a bird cage and the crab toast. Both were tasty and delicious. We also had the chocolate bats for dessert. The Apothecary is the sister establishment to the Vampire Cafe a short distance away. Overall, great food and a great time was had by all. Keep up the great work and we shall return!
